Silobela point sites

Two single coordinates supplied by the holder (2026-07-14), read as UTM 35S: site 1 at 731206 E / 7913517 N and site 2 at 733289 E / 7911151 N — 3.2 km apart, ~10 km north of Silobela, Kwekwe district, ~55 km west of the holder's other Kwekwe blocks. No claim boundaries were supplied: each site is assessed over a nominal 1 km² analysis window centred on its point, so whole-window statistics are neighbourhood statistics, not block statistics. 33–36 known gold mines fall within 40 km; the nearest confirmed producer is 3.5 km from site 1 (882 kg at 6.2 g/t), with a 2,455 kg producer at 4.3 km. This is a where-to-walk assessment on free satellite data, not a claim that gold is present.

Location pending confirmation. The holder has since indicated these coordinates may belong to the Kwekwe reef prospect, but the reef box sits at eastings ~780,000 — 47–49 km east of these points — so the two cannot be the same ground (the GPS-app readouts in the holder's own screenshot, in both zone 35S and 36S, confirm the reef box location independently). Either these eastings were mis-transcribed, or these are a separate prospect. The assessment below is valid for the coordinates as supplied; if corrected pegs arrive, it should be re-run.

Update 2026-07-20: the holder has since supplied a four-peg 29 ha block at these same eastings (~733,000), adjoining site 2, with ~1 g/t sampling context around site 2 — which reads as confirmation that this ground is a real, separate prospect, not a mis-transcription of the reef box. See Silobela block 3.

Site 2 is the better ground — the strongest point reading in this study outside Belingwe-West. At the exact supplied coordinate the fused model reads P(gold) 0.378, the 77th percentile of a 13 × 13 km local background; the window median is 0.358 (71st percentile) and the best spot reaches 0.735 at 733160 E / 7911436 N, ~310 m NNW of the point. The top four spots (0.64–0.74) cluster NW of the point and one short traverse covers them.

Site 1 is a step behind but still above background: 0.310 at the point (56th percentile), window median 0.331 (63rd), best spot 0.637 at 731527 E / 7913912 N, ~510 m NE of the point. Every ranked spot on both windows outranks the best ground on the Kwekwe reef prospect.

Update 2026-07-30: that 0.735 spot has now been sampled. Five rock grabs taken 31 m from it assayed 2.33, 1.52, 1.34, 0.16, 0.02 g/t Au (fire assay, clean blank and control). Details and caveats on the block 3 page, whose ground the spot sits on.

The best-ground spots (UTM 35S), both windows, from the 10 m fused grid. Site 2 (purple) leads the set:

Data used

The single most useful next step — after confirming the coordinates are intended ground and not mis-transcribed reef pegs — is a pXRF or pan-and-grab visit to site 2's NW arc: 733160 E / 7911436 N to 732860 E / 7911476 N (UTM 35S), the 0.70–0.74 pair, ~400 m of walking. Site 1's rank-1 spot at 731527 E / 7913912 N is the secondary target.
